INTRODUCTION
We are a small independent company based in Montreux, Switzerland. As a passionate in creating things, I am always fascinated on how an image can be made using different beautifully textured paper stock and finely selected accessories, to portray a message or greeting. This is why I am also passionate about gardening, seeing the amazement of how a single seed that looked seemingly insignificant can produce a beautiful plant with God designed leaves, flowers and fruits.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Price
Each card price on this website is in Swiss Francs and includes TVA. The cost of postage is not included in the price of the card. This will be added at the end of the order. Please check the Postage section on this page for more information.
Eventually.ch has the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price you get during your order will be the one stated on your bill, no surprises added.
ORDERS
Each order is only treated upon receiving full payment.
Each card is inspired, created and made by us – Eventually.ch. We also work with inspirations from our clients, who send us their ideas and we both work together to produce their desired card.
Each card is sold with an envelope included in the price. The size of the card and envelope (also its colour) is stated on the description page of the card in question.
As each card is uniquely made, we will strive to make sure that each card is identical to the other. However, very small changes might occur but will not change the overall high quality of the cards made.
The logo Eventually.ch is put behind each envelope. If you do not want our logo behind, then please feel free to tell us. However, it will be nice to help us advertise our company to your friends and loved ones, thank – you.
PAYMENTS
Full card order payments are made online via the different online card payment options.
It is not possible to pay by Post Office Slip.
There is also the option of payment by TWINT. Contact me for more details on this option.
POSTAGE
Orders made are sent via the Swiss post system within 7 – 10 days of receiving full payment for the cards ordered.
There is a free postage for sample cards ordered but the price of the card is paid for. Directly contact me to order a sample card, as a coupon code will be privately given to you for free postage.
For orders below CHF350, there is a flat fee rate of CHF8.50 which comes with a Post Office receipt that enables one to track the delivery.
For orders above CHF350, postage is free. Do not forget to click the free postage button that will appear on the cart page (just before the – proceed to checkout – button), if you want to take advantage of this free postage offer.
Postage costs are added on top of your final order costs.
The orders are sent to the address stated by the client. If for any reason the address is wrong and the order is sent back, the additional costs of return and re-postage will be that of the client.
We do not send orders to any ‘case postale’ addresses.
No orders are sent outside Switzerland.
Coupons
There is a 5% off coupon available for orders over 50 cards. The coupon code can be seen on the lion banner in the top slider of the Welcome page.
There is a coupon code that is sent privately to a client who orders a sample card. The price of the sample card is paid for but the coupon code enables free postage. Contact me privately for this code. This code will be valid for 24 hours upon receipt.
Return & Cancellation Policy
RETURNS
There is no exchange or reimbursements possible once an order is sent.
This is mainly for several reasons like:
- Both the client and us would have most likely had several exchanges for the final product and an agreement of the end result would have been made.
- The option for a sample card is available, at the cost of the client. Like this, the client can see the card before they make their order.
DAMAGED CARDS
If a card is damaged, the client has a delai of 2-3 days after the order is sent, to make their complaint at: chinelo@eventually.ch
CANCELLATION
Once an order and receipt of the full payment is made, ‘Eventually’ takes this as a confirmation to process the order. However, a cancellation request within 24 hours will incur no charge. A cancellation request beyond 24 hours, however, will incur the full cost of the order (less postage cost if package has not been sent yet – in this scenario, the postage cost will be refunded back to the client).
Please remember that all cards are hand-made, so there is a possibility of each card not being 100% identical in every inch. However, they will look quite alike.

Comments or customer feed backs that are put on our website are only done by us.
Our clients who are asked or wish to put a comment online, send us their comments and we put it ourselves.
Clients can not directly put comments on our website.
CONTACT FORM
Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email.
These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes; they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
DATA PROTECTION
If you are a client with or without a registered account, your personal information can only be accessed by me: Chinelo C.
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). The website administrator (Chinelo C.) can also see and edit this information.
We use your personal information in the following cases:
- Verification/identification of the user during website usage;
- Providing Technical Assistance;
- Sending updates to our users with important information to inform about news/changes;
- Checking the accounts’ activity in order to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure the security over our customers’ personal information;
- Your personal details are only used to fulfill your orders.
All personal information you give us concerning you is stored and protected with the strictest confidentiality possible.
SECURITY MEASURES
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
AMENDMENTS & LEGAL FORUM
AMENDMENTS
We may amend this Terms & Conditions Policy from time to time. When we amend this Terms & Conditions Policy, we will update this page accordingly and require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our services.
LEGAL FORUM & RIGHTS
In an event of dispute or legal battle, these Terms & Conditions Policy are used as our legal basis.
For all other clauses that are not stated in our Terms & Conditions Policy, then the Swiss Law will be applicable.
Any dispute or legal battle will be handled by the Vaud District Court.
